Mercer Area Library is located in Mercer, PA, about 60 miles north of Pittsburgh and 60 miles south of Erie. The library provides educational, informational and recreational materials and programs and services to the residents of the Mercer Area School District and surrounding areas. Library cards are free to residents of Mercer Boro and the townships of Coolspring, East Lackawannock, Findley and Jefferson. Friends of the Mercer Area Library will hold their annual Ice Cream Social on the Courthouse lawn in conjunction with the Friday night band concerts. Delicious cake, pie, ice cream and drinks will be available. |
